Broccoli and cheese soup

Boil broccoli in chicken broth to make it very soft, mash. Melt the margarine in the pan, fry the onion in it. Add flour there, mix well. Gradually add milk, stirring. Mix broccoli, broth, onion with flour and milk and mix well. Then grate the cheese directly into the pan, stirring occasionally. The consistency is similar to soup puree. Can be served with crackers.
