This recipe is so simple that even a novice hostess can handle it. Try to make a fragrant cherry pie, which will be a great addition to tea drinking.

Cooking method:

Rinse the cherry, remove the bones and drain in a colander to make a stack of excess juice. For time set aside.

In a deep bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar (until small bubbles form, about 3 minutes). Next, add the yogurt and whisk again. Sieve flour and baking powder into kefir-egg mixture using a sieve. Mix everything thoroughly (in the end, you should get a thick dough, like on pancakes).

Grease the round baking dish with butter, cover the bottom with parchment paper and carefully pour out the dough.Then put the cherries on top and send the cake into an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Ready dessert get, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top (optional).
