Chocolate trees with walnuts- a recipe.
- 225 grams of butter;
- 2/3 cup brown sugar;
- 1 tsp. vanilla;
- 1 egg
- 2.25 cups of flour;
- 1/4 cup of cocoa;
- 1/4 tsp. salt;
- 3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts;
- 3/4 cup chopped chocolate;
- 1 tbsp. l. confectionery fat.
The oven is heated to 1750c.
In a medium saucepan, heat the butter and sugar at a low temperature until the butter melts. Remove from heat and add vanillin. Let cool for about 15 minutes, add eggs, flour, cocoa and salt, and stir. At the very end add chopped nuts.
Knead dough, roll out and cut spruce. We shift on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven for about 9 minutes on the middle rack. Cool before applying the icing.
Melt the chocolate and confectionery fat together at a low temperature in a saucepan.Dip the tips of the cookies in the glaze and sprinkle with chopped nuts or confiture. &Nbsp;
