Cocoa (coconut dessert)

You will need
  • - Coconut - 1 pc .;
  • - milk 2.5% - 1 cup;
  • - sugar - 500 g;
  • - carnation sticks - 3 pcs .;
  • - butter - 1 tsp;
  • - olive oil - 1 tsp.
Chop the coconut pulp grind in a blender or rub on a fine grater.
We add sugar to the crushed pulp. Stir.
We put the milk on the fire, add the cloves. Boil for 5 minutes. Then remove the cloves.
Combine milk and coconut pulp.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan, put on a slow fire. Cook until the mixture thickens until it begins to separate from the saucepan. The mixture should be viscous and plastic, close in texture to a very soft dough.
Putting the mixture on the surface, lubricated with butter and olive oil. Roll out the coconut mass to a thickness of 1 cm. Mode with a sharp knife on the squares and cool. After the mixture has cooled, it will become more solid and dense.
