You will need
  • - 4 cherry tomatoes;
  • - 300 grams of low-fat beef;
  • - 2 medium cucumbers;
  • - 50 g of spinach;
  • - 50 g of lettuce leaves;
  • - small carrots;
  • - 30-40 g of beets;
  • - juice of half a lemon;
  • - 8 g of any vegetable oil;
  • - 8 g of soy classic sauce;
  • - garlic clove (optional).
Wash a piece of beef, peel off films, place in a baking sleeve and send to an oven heated to 220 degrees for 40 minutes. You can simply boil.
Tomato wash and cut in half. Wash cucumbers, if desired - peel, cut into circles of medium thickness.
Rinse the spinach and lettuce leaves with boiling water, tear the salad into small pieces, and break the spinach into leaves.
Wash the carrots and peel them, rub them with elongated "cords", process the beets in the same way.
Remove meat from the oven, drain excess water, cool and cut into slices.
Seasoning: mix the juice of half a lemon, soy sauce, vegetable oil and chopped garlic, let stand for a few minutes.
All the ingredients are mixed in a deep bowl and season with sauce. You can salt, if desired.
