Three vegetables on a coarse grater. Onions and carrots passeur in vegetable oil. Mix the prepared vegetables, finely chopped dill and minced fish. Salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.

The resulting mass with a spoon spread in a frying pan with well-heated oil. Fry fish pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

Serve at the table, pre-sprinkled with chopped dill.
