French Lemon Tart
French lemon tartis a recipe.
- 1.25 cup flour;
- cold oil 80g;
- Egg 2 pcs
- lemon peel 1 tbsp.
- egg 4 pieces;
- icing sugar 1,25 cups + 3 tbsp;
- juice and zest of 3 lemons;
- sweetened condensed milk with 3 tbsp;
- whipping cream 110 ml.
All ingredients for the base mix in a food processor and form a ball of dough. Knead the dough with your hands to a soft elastic consistency. Wrap the dough with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
Heat the oven to 1900C. Roll out the dough thinly and cover the bottom of the baking pan with it.
Make a hole with a fork, cover it with baking paper and put some weighting agent in there like rice, dry peas or beans. Bake in this state for about 15 minutes, then remove the weighting agent and return to the oven for another 5 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 1500C.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling.Strain this mixture and carefully pour it into the prepared base.
Bake the tart for another 30-40 minutes so that the filling grabs. It should be slightly liquid in the center until it cools down. Dust with powdered sugar (3 tbsp.) And serve.
