How to cook almond tyuil
You will need
- - potato starch - 6 tablespoons;
- - almond flakes - 0.3 cups;
- - sugar - 1/4 cup;
- - olive oil - 1/4 cup;
- - egg white - 1 pc .;
- - lemon peel - 1/2 tsp;
- - salt - 1/4 tsp;
- - Almond extract - 1/4 tsp.
Mix raw egg white, olive oil, and almond extract, potato starch, grated lemon zest, granulated sugar and salt in a fairly deep bowl. These ingredients mix between each other as it should.
Cover the baking tray with a special silicone mat and place 6 almond tyuly on it at a sufficiently large distance from each other. Spread the resulting homogeneous dough from this calculation - 2 teaspoons for one cookie. The resulting pellets gently spread the back side of a spoon in a circle, the diameter of which is approximately 7.5 inches.
Sprinkle each cookie with a teaspoon of almond flakes, send it to the oven, which has a temperature of 190 degrees, and bake for 7-9 minutes, no more.
After the time has elapsed, carefully remove each cookie from the tray using a spatula and place it on a rolling pin or, for example, a bottle of wine. Slightly pressing the almond tyuil to this dish, let them cool completely. Cookies, of course, can be left round, but the semicircular shape makes it much more beautiful.
From the remaining dough, bake the cookies in exactly the same way. Almond tyuil ready!
