How to cook leek in orange sauce
You will need
- - a few leek stalks
- - dry white wine
- - 4 small oranges
- - butter
- - foie gras steaks
- - olive oil
- - salt
- -ground black pepper
- - Worcester sauce (can be replaced with soy)
Cut leek into small slices and fry in olive oil until golden brown. During frying, pour 60 ml of white wine to the contents of the pan.
