How to cook orange custard

You will need
  • - 180 gr. Sahara;
  • - 120 gr. butter;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 3 oranges.
To begin with, use a grater to remove the zest from the oranges, then squeeze the orange juice and filter it. At the same time, place the clean jars and lids in the oven (180С) for 15 minutes for sterilization.
Beat the eggs in another bowl and pour orange juice into them. Once again, carefully beat, add sugar and spread the orange zest into the bowl.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and put it in a water bath (or use a special saucepan with this function). Add the butter and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Cook the cream so that it becomes thicker and stick to the spoon. Pour it into hot sterile jars and, after complete cooling, remove to the fridge.
