  • For cream:
  • - 320 ml whipping cream;

  • For chocolate ganache:
  • - 400 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 320 ml of cream 20%.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. We put molds for muffins with special cuffs for baking or simply lubricate with oil.
Butter melt in the microwave or in a water bath. Set aside to cool slightly. In the meantime, beat the egg mixer with a spoon, adding sugar.
Sift flour with cocoa and baking powder. Add the dry mixture to the beaten eggs, pour in the same melted butter, quickly stir until smooth and pour into prepared forms. Put in the oven for 12-15 minutes and then cool on a wire rack.
For ganache in a saucepan, heat the cream with broken chocolate over medium heat. We interfere with the chocolate dissolved.As soon as we achieve homogeneity, remove the ganache from the heat and cool slightly.
