Fruit Salads

A very common way of making fruit is to make all kinds of salads from them. Apples, pears, bananas and avocados are usually cut into strips or cubes, but citrus fruits are divided into lobules and cleaned from partitions. This method allows you to get rid of the selection of juice, which has a positive effect on the appearance of the dish.

Salad with avocado and oranges

You will need:

  • 1 avocado;
  • 2 oranges;
  • 6-8 sheets of lettuce;
  • 4 slices of toast bread;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of olive oil;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of wine vinegar,
  • salt, black pepper.

Bread cut into small pieces to fry in a dry frying pan with the addition of unpeeled cloves of garlic for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly. At the end, remove the garlic, and salt the bread and put on a plate to cool. On a dish, spread the torn salad into small pieces. Avocados cut in half, remove the bone, break off the rounded pieces with a teaspoon and add to the salad. Peel and divide the oranges and spread them over the avocado. Sprinkle with bread roast.

Mix oil, wine vinegar, add pepper to taste. Water with dressing just before serving. The taste of this dish is very unusual and spicy, it mixes many flavors, giving rise to unusual sensations.
