How to make lemon poppy biscuits
You will need

Rinse the lemon well under running water. Grind his rind with a fine grater. From the remaining pulp carefully squeeze the entire juice.
Put lemon juice on the stove, overflowing into a small-sized saucepan. Boil until the time until its volume is 2 times smaller than the original. Once this happens, add 110 grams of butter to the lemon juice. When it is melted, remove the resulting liquid mass from the fire - it should cool down.
Meanwhile, put the following ingredients in a separate cup: the remaining 110 grams of butter, grated lemon zest, as well as granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, poppy seeds and a raw egg. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly using a blender.
Add a mixture of zest and butter, add to the cooled lemon mass.Mix everything thoroughly, then add the same wheat flour. Do this gradually, while passing the flour through a sieve. Also do not forget to introduce salt and baking powder for the dough. Mixing all the homogeneity, you get the dough for the future of cookies.
Roll out the finished dough in the shape of a layer, which is approximately 1.5-2 centimeters thick, and cut out all kinds of figurines with the help of cookie cutters.
Place the dough figures on a baking tray, pre-covered with parchment. Send future cookies to the oven, whose temperature is 180 degrees, for 15-20 minutes.
After the passage of this period of time, remove the pastries from the oven, cool, and then boldly serve to the table. Lemon poppy biscuits ready!
