Jelly Cakeis a recipe.
for the test:
- 100 grams of powdered sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 50 grams of butter;
- 120 gr of flour
- 10 grams of baking powder;
- 3 tbsp. l. water;
- a pinch of salt.
for the filling:
- 10 grams of gelatin;
- 100 ml of milk;
- 100 grams of cream;
- 400 grams of fat cottage cheese;
- 120 grams of powdered sugar;
- 0.5 lemon;
- 0.5 package (45 gr) fruit jelly;
- 200 ml of water;
- jelly pastry decorations.
Separate the whites from the yolks and beat in a cool foam. Rub the yolks with powdered sugar and butter by adding water. Mix the sifted flour with baking powder and add to the yolk mass. Then add the whipped proteins and knead the dough.
Put the dough in a greased form and bake at 1800C for about 20 minutes. Cool the finished cake without getting out of the mold.
Soak gelatin and dissolve in warm milk. With lemon, remove the zest and squeeze the juice. Whip the cream. Combine cottage cheese, powdered sugar, zest and lemon juice and beat with a blender. Add to the mass of milk with gelatin and mix.Then add the cream and whisk it all together again.
Around the mold with the finished cake set the edge. We spread curd cream on the cake and put in the fridge for 3 hours.
Cooking fill. Pour fruit jelly into hot boiled water, stir until dissolved, and pour the cake. Again, put the jelly cake in a cold place to set.
Then remove the sides, and the jelly pie is decorated with figurines or berries at our discretion.
