Lavash roll with korean carrot

You will need
  • • 2 medium sized carrots;
  • • sunflower oil;
  • • ground black pepper and salt;
  • • 200 g carrots in Korean;
  • • 1 onion head;
  • • mayonnaise;
  • • fresh lettuce leaves;
  • • 200 g of boiled liver.
Remove the peel from the carrot, and then wash and chop with a large grater. The bulb must be peeled and then rinsed. Crush the onions using a sharp knife. Greens need to be washed and wait until it drains excess fluid.
Place the griddle with vegetable oil on a hot stove. After it is heated, pour the prepared onion into it. Fry until golden brown, and then add the carrot. Reduce heat and, with regular stirring, bring vegetables to softness.
You will need chicken liver for cooking. It is necessary to boil and cool. Then it will need to be cut into very small cubes.
After that, in a deep bowl, you should combine chopped liver, and also roasted carrots and onions, mix everything
Spread the pita bread on the table. One side of him should be smeared with mayonnaise. Then, ½ part of pita bread should be washed with an even layer of washed lettuce leaves, and a Korean carrot should be spread over them.
In a mixture of liver and fried vegetables, you should add mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly. Then the liver must be laid on top of the Korean carrot.
The filling should be covered with a free edge of pita, and then make a tight roll out of it. After that, the roll should be tightly wrapped with cling film. Put the finished roll on the shelf of the refrigerator for at least 10 hours.
From the finished roll remove the film and cut it into portions. Then put them on a platter and serve.
