Cottage cheese bold (Prostokvashinsky)400 gramsWheat flour4 tbsp.Sugar1 tbsp.Chicken eggs1 pieceButter30 gramsSalt (to taste)

Mash cottage cheese with a fork to a uniform consistency. Add the egg and pre-softened butter. Then add sugar and flour. Stir well.
Sprinkle the work surface with a thin layer of flour, roll out the “sausages” from the resulting mass. Then we cut them into “pads” and put them in boiling salted water. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes (when the dumplings surfaced, they can be served on the table).
