Pickled Mushrooms

Marinated mushrooms- a recipe.


  1. 1 kg of mushrooms;
  2. 2 glasses of water;
  3. 3 tbsp. l. 30% acetic acid;
  4. 3 tsp. salt;
  5. 15 peppercorns;
  6. 2 laurel leaves
  7. 1 onion;
  8. 1 carrot.


Clean, wash, and drain the mushrooms. Large copies cut into pieces. Then boil them in a small amount of water for 30 minutes. Mushrooms are preferably boiled by species, especially bitter. &Nbsp;

Take another dish, where to pour the recommended amount of water, boil it for 10 minutes with spices, carrots and onions, cut into slices. Before the end of cooking add acetic acid.

Mushrooms put in a prepared marinade and cook in it for 15 minutes. Then transfer them to sterilized jars, pour the marinade so that they are completely covered by it. It is not recommended to lay mushrooms very tightly. Banks immediately close and take out in a cool place. The bow and carrots did not lay. I also sterilized 20 minutes.
