Cooking method:

Prepare pumpkin puree in advance. Cut the pumpkin into pieces. Wrap the pieces in foil.Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Grind pumpkin with puree water. Cooking dough. We put eggs, cane and white sugar in a blender. Beat at high speed.

Add pumpkin puree and vegetable oil to the dough. Melt butter in a water bath. Add to the dough. Beat until smooth.

Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, soda and salt. Partly add the flour mixture and milk into a blender with dough. Stir until smooth. Put in the fridge for a few minutes.

Cooking cream. Beat with a mixer fatty cream and vanilla sugar into a thick mass. Add mascarpone cheese. Stir again. Put in the fridge for a few minutes.
