Custard Pancakes

Custard Crepesis a recipe.


For pancakes:

  1. 500 ml of milk
  2. 200 g of flour
  3. 2 eggs;
  4. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  5. 1 tbsp. sugar;
  6. 1 baking powder;
  7. salt;
  8. vanillin.

For custard:

  1. 2.5 tbsp. milk;
  2. 3 tbsp. flour;
  3. 1 cup of sugar;
  4. 2 eggs;
  5. 70 grams of butter;
  6. Coconut chips for decoration (optional).


Make pancakes and custard. So, everything is ready and now you can start cooking pancakes with custard. We spread the pancake on the board and cut it off from both sides. Put 2-3 tablespoons of cream on the edge of the pancake, distribute it a little over the pancake, but the main part of the cream should remain on the edge. Carefully fold the pancakes into a tube.

So we fold all the pancakes and gently fold them on a plate. Sprinkle pancakes with coconut.
