Savory Chicken Legs

Spicy chicken legs- a recipe.


  1. 8-12 chicken legs;
  2. 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
  3. 1 tsp. ground chili pepper;
  4. Salt to taste.

for glaze:

  1. 35 grams of tomato paste;
  2. 1 tsp. dried garlic;
  3. 1.5 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar;
  4. 1 tbsp. l. honey;
  5. 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
  6. 1 tsp. ground chili pepper;
  7. 1 tsp. paprika (preferably smoked);
  8. 50 ml of water
  9. 20 ml apple cider vinegar.


Preheat oven to 1800C. Mix all the ingredients for the glaze.

Chicken legs put in a deep bowl, add olive oil, salt and chili. Mix well so that the legs are evenly seasoned.

Put the legs, in one layer, onto the grid placed on the baking sheet, pour some water onto the baking sheet so that the accumulated fat does not burn and put into the oven for 25-30 minutes, almost until ready.  

Almost finished legs we grease from all directions with glaze, by means of a culinary brush. Put in the oven for 5 minutes and repeat the procedure.Again, put in the oven and bake until the legs are well roasted. &Nbsp;

Attention: from a beautiful blush to the coal you need very little time. Because of the glaze, one stage very quickly passes into another.

We remove the legs from the oven, shift it to a serving plate and serve it.
