Snack bread with stuffing
Snack Bread with Fillingis a recipe.
- round bread (preferably slightly stale) 1 pc (500 gr);
- peeled tomatoes in their own juice 250 g;
- champignons 250 gr;
- garlic 2 cloves;
- dill 1 bunch;
- grated cheese 200 gr;
- Olive oil 5-6 tbsp. l.;
- salt, pepper.
Preheat oven to 1800C.
Mushrooms cut into plates and fry with 2-3 tbsp. l. olive oil for 5 min. Then add crushed garlic and chopped dill. Give then another minute.
Drain the tomatoes and cut them into slices.
Cut the bread first across, and then along, without cutting to the ground. So, to make a grid of squares of approximately 2x2 cm.
