  • onions - 1 pc;
  • arugula - 100 g;
  • sauerkraut - 250 g;
  • butter - 50 g

Cut meat into pieces and stew with onions. Grated carrots add to the meat and cook another 7 minutes.

Mix with cabbage, arugula, cut into large pieces of tomatoes and peppers, season with spices. If you want to add zest, throw a handful of pine nuts.

  • cream (30%) - 100 g;
  • butter - 70 g;
  • cinnamon, thyme, black pepper - ¼ tsp;
  • sea ​​salt.
