Sweet rolls with curd and fruit filling- a recipe.
- 200 grams of cottage cheese;
- 2 tablespoons sour cream;
- 100 grams of pineapple pulp (canned pineapples);
- 1 Kiwi;
- 8-10 strawberries;
- 6 ready-made thin pancakes;
- chocolate chips for serving.
Rub the curd through a sieve, add sour cream, mix well.
Wash fruit, peel the kiwi and pineapple, remove the stalk from the strawberry. Cut the kiwi and pineapple into cubes, cut the strawberries into quarters.
Approximately 1/3 of the edge of the pancake lay out a strip of curd mass. Next to lay the fruit and roll the pancake dense roll. In the same way, make rolls from the remaining pancakes and fillings, then take them to the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours.
Before serving, cut the rolls into identical small pieces, lay them on a dish, sprinkle with chocolate chips and serve.
