You haven’t prepared one yet - a fact. Woman's Day strongly recommends immediate execution: in this jam, oranges and rooibos syrup create the most incredible gastronomic tandem. More benefits, more antioxidant power.

Wash oranges with a soft sponge with a special product suitable for washing fruits and vegetables - wash off the wax coating from each fruit. Rinse with boiled water.

Each orange is divided into thin quarter-slices. Juice to collect, remove the bones.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in a liter of hot water, add sugar and rooibos tea. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon (make sure not to get the bones), add lemon skins to the tea syrup - boil the syrup until the sugar crystals completely dissolve. Lemon removed.

Add orange slices to tea syrup. Boil the jam in three sets, each time cooling and bringing to a boil, boil for no more than 20 minutes.
