The most delicious pizzais a pizza recipe.
- 500 grams of flour;
- pinch of salt;
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 250-300 ml of warm water;
- 15 grams of dry yeast.
- 2 bell peppers;
- 200 grams of any mushrooms;
- 300 grams of Parma ham;
- 300 grams of cheese (preferably mozzarella or parmesan);
- 3-4 Art. l. tomato paste;
- Tabasco sauce to taste;
- 8-10 sun-dried tomatoes
- 10-12 olives;
- 4 tbsp. l. olive oil.
Sift the flour on the table, make a well in the center, add salt, olive oil and yeast. Gently pour warm water and knead the dough, it should be elastic and soft, not stick to hands. Form a ball and put it in a large bowl, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 2-3 hours.
Prepare the vegetables for the filling: chop the pepper into rings, mushrooms into medium cubes, Parma ham into small strips, mozzarella into plates (if you use parmesan, grate it on a fine grater).
Roll out a thin layer from the approaching dough, move it to the baking sheet lined with parchment, the sides must be slightly thicker than the base. On the dough, put the filling in this order: tomato paste, Tabasco sauce, Parma ham, dried tomatoes, mushrooms, pepper, sprinkle with olive oil, put olives and cheese on top.
Put pizza in the oven for 30 minutes at 1800C. Ready pizza cut into triangular pieces and immediately fed to the table. If desired, decorate with fresh herbs.
