What is useful cantaloupe?
Kanatlup belongs to the pumpkin family, outwardly it is very similar to melon, therefore it is often called “musk” or “Thai melon”. The latter name is fully justified, since most of these berries grow in Thailand.
But the birthplace of the plant is not exactly defined. Argued that the seeds spread from the territory of modern Italy as a result of the Crusades. - Riboxin. Prevents hair loss, and does not allow "harmful cholesterol" to accumulate in the body.
- Fiber, which is part of the pulp, improves the digestive system, helping to get rid of constipation, and also adsorbs the decay products, subsequently effectively removing them.
But this is not all useful properties. In addition, the fruit:

If the skin is soft, and the wax pattern began to separate slightly from it, or wet spots appeared on the surface - the fruit overripe.
Cantaloupe can be cooked a large number of dishes, and, by the way, not only dessert. Here are some simple recipes.
