Tip 3: Chicken in Marsala Sauce
You will need
- - 1 kg of chicken fillet;
- - 10 pieces. dried prunes;
- - 100 g of champignons;
- - 50 ml of olive oil;
- - 5 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- - 2 tbsp. curry spoons.
Rinse the chicken fillet, cut into portioned cubes. Fold the meat in a bowl and cover with soy sauce, add the curry, mix. Leave to marinate overnight in the fridge. It is advisable to tighten the bowl with cling film to avoid chapping of the chicken and the ingress of foreign odors from the refrigerator.
Heat the frying pan, pour vegetable oil on it, put the marinated meat, fry it from all sides. The meat should be lightly browned.
Take fresh champignons, rinse them, cut them into slices, chop the prunes, send these ingredients to the chicken in a frying pan. It is advisable to steam the prunes in advance so that it is soft.
Simmer chicken with prunes and mushrooms until tender. If the meat juice is strongly boiled down, you can add a little boiling water to the pan.At the end of the stew, pepper the chicken to taste. No need to salt - soy sauce itself is already salty.
This dish is cooked in about 40-50 minutes. The longest is to marinate meat, so it is best to pour chicken sauce in the evening in order to start cooking in the morning.
