Country pizzais a recipe.
- milk 250 ml;
- sugar 2 tbsp. l.;
- dry yeast 1 sachet (11 g);
- butter 125 gr (melt);
- flour 350-400 gr;
- salt 1/2 tsp.
- cottage cheese 250 gr;
- greens 100 grams (for example, green onions and dill);
- boiled chicken fillet 1 pc (200-250 gr);
- cheese 100 gr;
- salt, ground black pepper
- semolina 1 tablespoon.
In a cup, mix 0.5 tablespoons of warm water (or milk) + 1 tbsp. l. flour + 1 tbsp. l sugar + yeast. Leave in a warm place for 7-10 minutes so that the opara will rise with a hat.
In a deep bowl we sift the flour, pour warm milk, melted butter and spoon, add sugar and salt. Put the dough in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours before increasing in volume by 2 times, crush and leave again for lifting (about 30-40 minutes).
We divide the dough into 2 parts, roll each into a circle about 1 cm thick and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment (circles are about 28 cm in diameter).
Preparing the filling
Finely chop greens, mix with cottage cheese, add salt and black pepper. Chicken fillet assorted on the fiber. We rub cheese on a coarse grater.
Sprinkle dough circle with semolina - this is necessary to protect the dough from being soaked. Spread cottage cheese with herbs over the surface of the dough, then chicken fillet and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
We bake in an oven heated to 2000C for 20-25 minutes until rosy color.
