A warm salad with salmon is incredibly tender and fragrant. And sweet oranges give this dish a delicate unique taste and add bright colors. The chef of the Shakti Terrace restaurant told how to make the original spring delicacy.

Cooking method:

Fresh salmon cut into thick slices salt and pepper and fry on a grill until golden brown.

Separately, tear the leaves of the salad "Romano" and add orange segments (fillet) to them, cut the fresh cucumber into slices and halves a cherry tomato. Combine all the vegetables and season them with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Put vegetables in a plate and then add warm salmon on top.
